Senior Communications Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Executive to join our People Team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee external communication activities and internal communications for First Central Group
  • Manage social media, creating captivating content across various channels to engage current and prospective colleagues
  • Support departmental objectives through effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand and tone of voice
  • Write, edit, and proof copy across all channels, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Design and edit visual content, including photography, graphics, and video
  • Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, external suppliers, and partners
  • Track and reflect on analytics to pivot strategy and improve engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media and PR
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent creative written and spoken skills
  • Ability to design and edit imagery and video
  • Collaborative approach, working as one team with the wider internal communications and Culture team
