About the Job

As an Empty Homes Supervisor, you'll line manage a team of multi-disciplined trades staff, ensuring they deliver a first-class, value for money repairs and maintenance service. You'll ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You'll conduct regular 1-1's/90-day reviews for your team, identifying training needs and ensuring they remain fully skilled to carry out their roles.

With a focus on delivering a great customer experience, you'll work with your team to ensure an exceptional level of quality assurance is provided. When complaints are made, you'll conduct a full investigation to resolve matters quickly. You'll be responsible for reducing complaints, improving the quality of works, and increasing customer satisfaction. You'll also ensure all works are carried out in line with best value, taking full responsibility for costs within your team.

You'll have a strong technical background in providing a maintenance and repairs service within a supervisory/senior position. Experience of voids processes within the social housing sector is a significant advantage. You'll be a strong leader with a track record of successfully managing a team, and a confident communicator who remains professional and calm under pressure. To succeed, you'll be results-driven to meet/exceed targets and continually improve our service. Suitable transport to work from various locations, sites, and properties is required.
