About the Job

As an Empty Homes Supervisor, you'll line manage a team of multi-disciplined trades staff, ensuring they deliver a first-class, value for money repairs and maintenance service. You'll conduct regular work in progress and post-work inspections, and conduct regular 1-1's/90-day reviews for your team to identify training needs and ensure they remain fully skilled.

You'll work with your team to ensure an exceptional level of quality assurance is provided, and investigate complaints to resolve matters quickly. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in line with best value, taking full responsibility for the costs within your team.

We're looking for a strong leader with a track record of successfully managing a team, and a confident communicator who remains professional and calm under pressure. You'll need suitable transport to work from our various locations, sites and properties.
