Job Title: Head of Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Executive team at the Head Office and with responsibility for associated regional sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and regional sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the management of office and regional site operations, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are in place and adhered to, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. IT Systems: Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between teams.
  7. Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and that quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in supply chain and manufacturing, with a strong background in operations management.
  2. Leadership: Previous senior management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  3. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams at all levels.
