  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects using key project management principles, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee health and safety forums and implement H&S initiatives to ensure safety is at the forefront of the construction phase.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve successful delivery, ensuring AtkinsRéalis quality of work is maintained and balanced against client requirements.
  • Identify and document specific actions, including establishing milestones to produce project deliverables.
  • Review plans with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
  • Manage on-site logistics.
  • Maintain and develop excellent stakeholder and alliance relationships.
  • Support the development of more junior staff through technical training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • BEng, MEng, or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, a good track record of project management ideally across aviation/transportation schemes.
  • Appropriate previous experience of working on civils/residential projects.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams or work independently.
  • Experience of working in an Aviation environment.
  • Site Construction experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to report financial and progress information to client audience.
  • Ability to assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues.
  • Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
  • Network effectively, negotiate well, and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
