HR Coordinator

At Exec Recruitment Solutions, we are working with an award-winning law firm that is committed to the growth of its staff and company. We are seeking an HR Coordinator to work closely with the Senior HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR, ensuring the accuracy of records and supporting the firm with any relevant queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line advice to employees, line managers, and Heads of Department on employee relations matters
- Deal with day-to-day HR queries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies and procedures
- Administer trainee recruitment, including psychometric assessments, assessment centres, and interviews
- Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics
- Assist with pension administration and liaise with external pension providers
