About this role
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Senior Carer to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of residents.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- A warm and compassionate approach to delivering person-centred care.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Night Senior Carer, you will also receive:
