We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our Children and Young People's Community Nursing team at Barking Havering and Redbridge Univ Hospitals NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clinical specialist skills to deliver high-quality, individualized care to children and young people.
- Oversee the assessment of care needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs without direct supervision.
- Lead and educate staff in clinical areas, working closely with the Children's Clinical Nurse Educator.
