Account Executive

At Norton, we are seeking a skilled Key Account Executive to work with our trade and decorative client base across the UK. This home-based role requires frequent travel to meet customers across the UK, and a full UK driving license is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within construction or distribution, and possess strong commercial acumen, including negotiation skills. They will be proactive, able to spot opportunities, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities include proactively servicing and growing opportunities across the client base, involvement in price increase discussions, and maintaining and growing key relationships with customers. As a Key Account Executive, you will be the focal point between customers and internal stakeholders, including customer service, finance, and demand planners.
