Senior Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at IPS Group, a leading global broker known for its exceptional benefits and innovative culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market to corporate clients, strengthening and expanding relationships, and supporting the team in securing new business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Providing expert advice on commercial risks and insurance solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

We are looking for professionals with strong client management experience, expertise in commercial risks, and a proven track record of success in the mid-market or corporate sectors.

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
