Credit Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Management Professional to join our team at Stark Group.
Job SummaryThis role involves overseeing credit management activities, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining healthy relationships with our clients. You will work collaboratively with the finance team to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Main Responsibilities- Managing debt recovery activities and ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues.
- Processing and resolving invoice disputes related to outstanding debt.
- Maintaining accurate records of debt collection activity and analyzing data to identify trends.
- Implementing credit control measures to reduce debtor days and improve cash flow.
- Collaborating with the finance team to prepare the credit control report on a weekly basis.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
- Providing input into the development of finance policies and procedures.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
The salary range for this position is approximately £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
