Community Paediatrician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Consultant Paediatrician to join our team in the Redbridge Specialist Children Service. This is a new, fixed-term contract for 12 months, full-time post.
About the RoleAs a Community Consultant Paediatrician, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to babies, children, and young people across Redbridge. You will provide senior medical support and guidance to the team, work directly with babies, children, and young people, and their families, and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals.

- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.
- Work directly with babies, children, and young people, and their families, and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals.
- Participate in the local Child Protection rota.
- Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member while allowing them to work with their own initiative.
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
- CCT or equivalent.
- Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST.
- At least 2 years' experience in Community Child Health.
