We are seeking an experienced Order Management Executive to join our team at Orveon. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and resolving any non-compliances. Your strong problem-solving skills will enable you to process orders through workflows, manage order confirmation, and handle customer complaints.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with internal colleagues and external retailers in Continental Europe and the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries, monitoring service levels, and resolving any non-compliances. Your experience in order management in a busy retail environment will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders through workflows to maximize productivity and service levels
  • Manage order confirmation and customer returns with attention to detail and high service standards
  • Monitor, report, and communicate customer service levels and complaints KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with business areas, understanding market trends and delivering excellent results
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and another European language (French, German, or Spanish) is essential; a third language is an advantage
  • Experience in order management in a busy retail environment
  • Skills to handle customer complaints with empathy and resilience
  • Ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and suggest solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP/Order Management Systems, preferably NetSuite
