We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our patient transport service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport patients to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities
- Assist patients with mobility and lifting requirements
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and colleagues
- Committed to providing excellent patient care and service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physical fitness to handle patient lifting and mobility requirements
- Enhanced DBS check and valid UK driving license
