Job Title: Nursery Third In Charge

Join our team at Willing Care as a Nursery Third In Charge, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of care and education for the children in our nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional early years education and care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum Level 3 in Early Years and solid experience as a Nursery Practitioner. You will be responsible for assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operation of the nursery, including staff scheduling, resource management, and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operation of the nursery, including staff scheduling, resource management, and curriculum planning.
  • Support the professional development of nursery practitioners through mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and maintain nursery policies and procedures to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Act as a positive role model for staff, children, and families by promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Contribute towards the planning and delivery of high-quality early years education and care.
