Nursery Deputy Manager

Willing Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursery Third In Charge. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operation of the nursery, including staff scheduling, resource management, and curriculum planning.
- Support the professional development of nursery practitioners through mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain nursery policies and procedures to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
- Act as a positive role model for staff, children, and families by promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Contribute towards the planning and delivery of high-quality early years education and care.
