Infant Room Supervisor (Level 3) - Baby Care

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Up to £30,000

Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3 certification in early childhood education.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a childcare environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a dedication to providing top-notch care and educational experiences for infants.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with children, families, and team members.
  • A compassionate, supportive, and respectful approach to working with infants and young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the infant nursery room, ensuring a secure, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Mentor and support a team of nursery staff, offering guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Develop and execute age-appropriate activities and schedules to foster the growth of each child in your care.
  • Establish strong connections with parents and families, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration in their child's development.
  • Adhere to and enforce all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety standards and safeguarding protocols.
