Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Baby Nursery Room: Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Supervise and Support Nursery Practitioners: Provide guidance, training, and encouragement to a team of nursery practitioners, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Create and Implement Age-Appropriate Activities: Develop and implement engaging and challenging activities that support the development of each child in your care, aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build Strong Relationships with Parents and Families: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring open communication and partnership in their child's care.
- Maintain and Uphold Nursery Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements and safeguarding practices.
