Role Overview:

We are looking for an Aesthetics and Wellness Specialist to join our team at John Lewis, Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics and wellness, as well as a strong understanding of the Elemis brand.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Elemis products and treatments, as well as providing expert advice to clients. You will work closely with the Account Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and meet personal targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on the product and treatment range.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 minimum in Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry.
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand.
