Business Compliance Specialist Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance to all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments
  • Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working
  • Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformance's within the required timescales
  • Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained
  • Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site

Requirements

  • Exposure with BRC Process and Audits
  • Monday to Friday role - Days
