At TE Connectivity, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. As a Quality Engineer - Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QMS team and ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the system
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • Manage third-party audits and certifications, including follow-up on observations and non-conformances
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote quality awareness and understanding among employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure quality metrics are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing quality management systems
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools, including 8D, FMEA, 5Y, FAI's, PPAP, and APQP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
