Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a Quality and Reliability Engineer Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Reliability Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality and Reliability Engineer in analyzing customer quality complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality processes to improve scrap reduction and working efficiency.
- Support external audits and internal audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Organized with high degree of motivation and self-initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office.
