Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and standardize processes across the EU network.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that all equipment is running properly and that preventative maintenance is carried out to increase equipment uptime. You will also work closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks and ensure that all processes are followed.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3.
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
