We are searching for a skilled Support and Guidance Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide tailored support that addresses the complex needs of children with special educational needs, mental health issues, and SEMH.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students, developing strong relationships and creating a supportive environment that fosters academic, emotional, and personal growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to deliver targeted interventions
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
