Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Support worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Mental health & well-being support TA, you will provide one-to-one support to students with SEN needs, SEMH, anxiety, and mental health issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with settling into school, learning, socially, and emotionally
  • Develop strong relationships with students and staff members
  • Use your initiative to meet student needs
Requirements:
  • Experience working with people with Mental Health & SEMH
  • Proven track record of working with young people or vulnerable adults
  • Basic IT skills/understanding
