We are a leading international company within the gaming sector, based in London.


Our organization is seeking an experienced Translation and Localisation Specialist to join our team on a project basis.



Job Description:

As a Translation and Localisation Specialist, you will be responsible for translating and proofreading game-related material from Japanese into European languages such as English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.


This involves ensuring that the content is consistent and accurate regarding terminology and style in the languages.


You will also support various managers on a project basis and work closely with other language specialists to maintain a high level of quality across all languages.



Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese as well as English.
  • Proven experience in translation within game-related material.


Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native fluency in either English, French, Italian, German, or Spanish and Japanese, both written and spoken. High fluency in English is essential.
  • A passion for video games would be a plus.
  • Experience with Word and Excel.
