Support Specialist for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support vulnerable children in their school environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young people overcome mental health challenges and achieve calm, regulated moods to access their learning and development.
About the Role- Provide targeted support to students with self-regulation activities and techniques
- Awareness of safeguarding processes within the school is essential
- Assist in implementing safeguarding measures when required
- Experience working with vulnerable children in schools, supporting them to overcome challenges
- Understanding of how schools support students and families through various initiatives
- Identification of key support strategies for future career use, enhancing your skillset
- Fulfillment of safeguarding requirements, ensuring a safe environment for all
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, mandatory for this role
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits package
