Care Team Leader Role

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and administering medication. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise care assistants to support residents with daily needs
- Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Administer and record medication
- Carry out risk assessments
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
