  • Oversee and lead a team of care assistants to deliver top-notch care.
  • Collaborate with residents, their families, and healthcare experts to craft personalized care plans.
  • Accurately administer medication and maintain proper records.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee resident safety.
  • Assist residents with daily activities alongside care assistants.
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop services tailored to residents' needs.
  • Exhibit a professional, engaging, and friendly demeanor at all times.

About You

  • An NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is beneficial.
  • You should be highly organized, possess excellent IT skills, and be adept at delegating tasks.

  • You must be skilled in administering medication or willing to receive training.
