Care Home Team Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support
- Casemanaging residents and communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Administering medication and recording vital signs
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and improve services
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in care planning and case management
Salary: £14.00 per hour
