Resident Care Services Manager Position

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Resident Care Services Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Resident Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, leading and supervising care assistants, and administering medication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Lead and supervise care assistants to support residents with daily needs
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
