We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader - Residential Care to join our team at Care UK. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

  • Leading and supervising your shift
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
  • Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
  • Administer and record medication, following our policies and procedures
  • Carry out risk assessments, identifying potential risks and taking steps to mitigate them
