Care UK is seeking a highly motivated Residential Care Leader to join our team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct staff members during their shifts
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safety protocols
- Provide personalized support to residents, enhancing their overall well-being

- Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work environment
Requirements for the position include:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities
- Thorough knowledge of care planning principles and best practices
- Experience in medication administration and record-keeping
- Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of others
