Autism Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Autism Teacher to join our team at Exclusive Education. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of Autism and the ability to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with this condition.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification, previous experience in supporting children with Autism, and strong behaviour management skills. They will also be able to adapt to changing situations, prioritise tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with colleagues, parents, and carers.

Responsibilities- To plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for pupils with Autism, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- To assess pupil progress regularly, making adjustments to your teaching strategies as needed.
- To contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with current best practice in special educational needs.
- A competitive salary of £150-£180 per day, dependent on experience.
