Job Overview

Zombie Snacks I B Corp is a fast-growing, disruptive independent British company delivering tasty, healthy and sustainable snacks through two brands: Perkier and Zombie.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across Amazon and D2C channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for staying at the forefront of best practice ecommerce sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • P&L responsibility for the Ecommerce business
  • Amazon: Drive sales growth (70%)
    • Develop and execute sales strategy with Amazon in the UK and EU
    • Deliver high growth sales targets, forecast sales and liaise with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability
    • Develop and optimize product listings and Amazon shop, collaborating with Ann and our designer to implement best-in-class creative and copy
    • Design and optimize advertising campaigns using top-tier assets and track performance to achieve target ROAS
    • Evaluate new market opportunities and launch new markets if they meet our 'go' criteria (e.g., pan-EU)
    • Analyze performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities (e.g., new product flavors, formats, and packaging solutions)
    • Plan and implement promotions; evaluate their effectiveness to continuously improve performance
    • BUILD A SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIP WITH AMAZON SASPRO TEAM TO LEVERAGE THEIR EXCELLENT CAPABILITIES AND SUPPORT
  • D2C: Perkier and Zombie Webshops (20%):
    • Drive sales through Perkier and Zombie webshops to assess the potential opportunity for growth
    • Collaborate with our web designer to optimize the user experience
    • Monitor sales closely and identify key insights and growth opportunities
    • Partner with our marketing team to execute activities to increase awareness and sales (e.g., newsletters, social media advertising, PPC)
  • Other Opportunities: e.g., TikTok Shop (10%):
    • Develop a robust strategy to test and learn new channel opportunities, including TikTok Shop
