Salary
The salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum plus a fantastic performance bonus. This is a competitive offer that reflects the importance of this position in our organization.

Job Description
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the bid process for all aspects of the tender process. You will be responsible for organizing teams, agreeing on timeframes and actions, and effectively communicating both verbally and in writing. To be proactive and utilize your time management skills to refine processes and challenge the norm to make improvements in all areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, with a desire to understand customer needs, listen to what they are saying, and demonstrate awareness of their goals. You will also need to manage customer contractual requirements, requests, and concerns quickly and efficiently, nurturing good customer relationships and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
