Training Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is a market leader in providing exceptional quality care to residents and patients across their rapidly expanding portfolio of care homes and independent hospitals.
Main Duties of the JobAs a Training Specialist in the healthcare sector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to approximately 5 care homes and hospitals within a designated area. This includes coordination and delivery of induction and development training aligned with Barchester objectives and training statistics.
Essential Requirements- Minimum 2 years of training experience
- Holding a full UK driving licence
- Working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector
You will work closely with Home Managers to implement individual personal development plans and collaborate on learning and development opportunities offered by Barchester. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum, as well as a company car, laptop, and phone provided. We also contribute to pension schemes and provide life cover.
