We are seeking a highly skilled Water Network Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Thames Water.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. As a Water Network Efficiency Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our water network, making impactful decisions that have a tangible effect on how the network operates.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and street works legislation.
  • Coordinating complex planned and reactive technical activities to achieve maximum effectiveness while minimising customer impact.
  • Making informed technical decisions primarily focusing on network stability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

You will be working closely with our field teams, control teams, and area network managers to ensure seamless coordination for unplanned work and operational events.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience with wastewater network systems is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus a car allowance and fuel card. You will also receive 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service, plus bank holidays, and a contributory pension scheme.
