Lead the Way in Healthcare Policy and Advocacy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Healthcare Policy and Advocacy. As a key member of our Healthcare Policy, Advocacy & Public Affairs team in London, you will be responsible for leading the team to drive positive outcomes for patients and healthcare.

Our client works with leading pharmaceutical companies, NHS organizations, institutions, charities, and health tech businesses. They are looking for a Director with excellent leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to work across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing public affairs strategies and programmes in the healthcare space
  • Engaging with system and NHS leaders, as well as advocacy groups and other influencers
  • Staying up-to-date with major issues and policy changes that impact the UK healthcare system and pharma industry
  • Nurturing talent and developing a training strategy for team members
  • Financial management and implementation of quality assurance and standards across the team
