About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for high-spending customers, providing timely and professional service
  • Fulfilling customers' needs and progressing orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving issues and making decisions in the best interest of the company
  • Logging and investigating customer complaints, with a view to preventing re-occurrence
  • Supporting and implementing new ideas and processes to improve customer service
Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
