We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Senior Carer to lead our care team at Patchett Lodge. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans that promote the independence, dignity, and security of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Manage time effectively to support the wellbeing of residents and the care team
  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
