About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Caregiver to join our care team at Patchett Lodge in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. As a Senior Caregiver, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care staff to deliver outstanding care to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Monitoring and reviewing resident care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and effective
  • Providing support and guidance to junior care staff to help them develop their skills and confidence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
