About Patchett Lodge

We are seeking a Senior Carer to lead our care team at Patchett Lodge, a 28-bed residential care home in Holbeach, Lincolnshire.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
  • Planning and implementing care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Supporting the Home Manager and managing your time between supporting your team and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others
  • Ability to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents
