Job Summary:

Osborne Appointments is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding training, assessments, and other needs.
  • Coordinate eLearning, ZOOM, and practical training bookings, including TEAM Card Refreshers and card production.
  • Prepare training and trainer materials for in-house and on-site training courses.
  • Process eLearning students on the Learning Management System.
  • Process assessment results and send them to members/students.
  • Provide supporting cover for the Admin Team during holidays, sickness, and busy peak periods.
  • Support the Accredited Training Scheme.
  • Handle telephone calls and perform other office duties as required.
  • Attend training and development sessions as needed.
  • Participate in training seminars or conferences from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
