Key responsibilities include cultivating effective working relationships with customers, serving as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, and handling telephone and email inquiries professionally. The ideal candidate will possess solid ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
