Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Cardiff and Vale. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapists, promoting a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience in physiotherapy leadership, with a track record of delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to clinical excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a patient-centered approach to care.
