Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity

Nuffield Health Vale Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team in Cardiff and Vale. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimise health and recovery.

About the Role

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for physiotherapy staff.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and contribute to the development of our Physiotherapy department.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to clinical governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
