We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Cardiff and Vale Hospitals. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to our patients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a physiotherapist. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care, and contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and recovery.
- Contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services, including the design and delivery of clinical programs and initiatives.
- Provide leadership and support to junior physiotherapists and other members of the team.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience of working in a physiotherapy leadership role, with a strong track record of clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
