Senior Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Cardiff and Vale Hospitals. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a physiotherapist. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to optimise the health and recovery of our patients, and contribute to the delivery of excellent clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and contribute to the delivery of excellent clinical care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working in a physiotherapy role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
