As part of our structure of the future, we are looking for a Maintenance Excellence Leader to support the implementation of engineering and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous production by improving equipment reliability.
- Support the development of reliability techniques and tools to drive engineering improvement plans.
- Be an ambassador of our company values and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance with a focus on reliability.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and reliability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams.
- Good working knowledge of PdM techniques and planning/scheduling processes.
- Competency in using a CMMS system.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
